Summer library hours

O'Grady Library moves to summer hours beginning Monday (5/19) and continuing until the end of the second summer session (8/8):

• Monday -- Thursday:  8 am - 8 pm
• Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
• Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
• Sunday: closed

Please be aware of the following holidays and other exceptions:

• Memorial Day Weekend (Sat. - Mon. May 24 - 26):     closed
• Intersession weekend (Sat. - Sun. June 28 - 29):     closed
• Independence Day weekend  (Fri. - Sun. July 4 - 6):     closed

Welcome to the Pacific Northwest Religious and Theological Library Association

O'Grady Library hosts the Annual Meeting of the Pacific Northwest Religious and Theological Library Association on Thursday, May 15, 2014 (agenda).  Dr. Ian Werrett, Associate Professor in Religious Studies at Saint Martin's will speak on "Researching the Dead Sea Scrolls." Br. Boniface Lazzari, Associate Professor of Spanish, will discuss "The Saint John's Bible at SMU," and meeting attendees will have an opportunity to view Saint Martin's copy of the The Saint John's Bible Heritage Edition.  Fr. Peter Tynan, O'Grady Library's Archivist and Special Collections Librarian,  is currently President of the association.

e-Shelf service frozen between Tuesday, 05/06/14 and Sunday 05/11/14

The library's Saints Search system will be receiving a major upgrade this coming weekend.  Part of that upgrade requires freezing the e-Shelf service for a brief period.  If this is a service you use, your citations will still be visible but you will be unable to add or delete content from your e-shelf from Tuesday, May 6th until the upgrade is completed on Sunday, May 11th.
